How we work

We take time to understand your business including your ethos, values, business approach and strategic goals. We also think it is important to meet key team members at an early stage of the process.

We then look to clearly define your expectations which will allow us to set out clear deliverables in terms of the project outcome, timing and fees. The project plan will confirm objectives, timeframe, actions and implementation.

We see ourselves as working alongside our clients and hope to create a productive and enjoyable working partnership with all our clients.

Our fee structure is flexible and will depend on the type of project. We charge a daily rate for open-ended work, fixed fees for projects with clear deliverables and monthly retainers for on-going advisory work.
